Weigh Point can automate your batching of ingredients integrating your existing manual arrangement if desired. Control the quantity of ingredients by weight.

Our Loadcells fit under the legs of Tanks and Hoppers or above suspended hoppers and tanks. You can use loadcells with the hopper or tank of each ingredient to control the amount that enters the mixing hopper, or for a simpler approach, use loadcells just with the mixing hopper and add ingredients individually.

An automatic batch system comprises Weigh Point's Loadcells and either a link to your PLC, our OST Transmitter, or a stand alone batch control instrument.
